Патогенез и лечение анемии при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника имеют ряд особенностей. Так, например, не всякая анемия — железодефицитная и, соответственно, ее коррекция не ограничивается применением только препаратов железа. В обзоре проанализирована многофакторная природа анемии при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника, ее влияние на течение и прогноз основного заболевания, описаны современные терапевтические средства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Anemia is one of the most frequent complications of inflammatory bowel diseases, which occur, according to various sources, in 6–74% of patients with these forms of pathology. The pathogenesis and treatment of anemia in inflammatory bowel diseases have a number of peculiarities.
