Синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ) встречается у 1 из 20 современных детей и подростков. В статье рассмотрены новые диагностические критерии СДВГ по классификации DSM-V, в которых содержатся следующие основные изменения: возраст манифестации — до 12 лет; усилено требование к кросс-ситуационному характеру симптомов; отражена возрастная динамика СДВГ и вводится пороговое число симптомов для взрослых пациентов; допускается коморбидность с расстройствами аутистического спектра. Обсуждаются особенности обследования детей и подростков с СДВГ. Лечение синдрома должно быть комплексным и включать методы коррекции поведения, психотерапии, нейропсихологической коррекции. Лекарственная терапия требует достаточной продолжительности, поскольку улучшение состояния должно распространяться не только на основные проявления СДВГ, но и на социально-психологическую сторону жизни пациентов. Как показало обследование группы детей с СДВГ, во время длительных курсов лечения гопантеновой кислотой для преодоления не только основных симптомов, но и нарушений адаптации и социально-психологического функционирования (улучшения самооценки, общения с окружающими и социальной активности) необходимы сроки лечения не менее 4–6 мес. Разработка и применение комплексной коррекции при СДВГ должны осуществляться своевременно и носить индивидуальный характер.
