Учитывая тот факт, что аллергические заболевания  в настоящее время — одна из самых распространенных патологий  с тенденцией к росту, актуален  правильный выбор продуктов  и своевременность введения прикорма, особенно детям с отягощенной наследственностью  по аллергии. Данные продукты должны  быть максимально безопасны, не вызывать сенсибилизации  и одновременно обеспечивать ребенка необходимыми для его возраста макрои микронутриентами.
