Ребенку был назначен ингибитор фактора некроза опухоли    этанерцепт в дозе 0,4 мг/кг массы тела 2 раза/нед. Лечение этанерцептом индуцировало ремиссию заболевания,  обеспечило  восстановление  функции в суставах. Предикторами хорошего ответа на этанерцепт являлись младший возраст, непродолжительное течение заболевания, применение малого числа иммунодепрессантов до назначения этанерцепта, отсутствие сопутствующего применения глюкокортикостероидов, отсутствие увеита. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The  article  presents  a case  of  polyarticular  juvenile  idiopathic  arthritis  resistant  to  methotrexate  therapy  and  nonsteroidal  antiinflammatory drugs.  The child was prescribed  a tumor necrosis  factor   inhibitor etanercept  at a dose  of 0.4 mg/kg body weight2 times/week. The treatment  with etanercept  induced remission of the disease, ensured the function restoration  in the joints.
