Оценка таких отклонений с использованием различных центильных шкал может приводить к несопоставимым результатам.</p><p>Цель исследования — изучить согласованность оценки физического развития детей с ДЦП с использованием региональных и специализированных центильных шкал.</p><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Оценка физического развития с определением доли больных с БЭН (значения масса-возраст и/или роствозраст &lt; 10-го перцентиля) проводилась с помощью региональных центильных шкал и шкал Life Expectancy Project с учетом уровней (I–V) моторных нарушений по классификации GMFCS. Оценку моторных нарушений проводили врачи-неврологи медицинских организаций в 54 муниципальных образованиях Свердловской области. Период учета данных — с сентября 2016 по январь 2017 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Согласно региональным центильным шкалам, БЭН имелась у 272 (35,7%), по шкалам Life Expectancy Project — у 56 (7,4%) из 761 ребенка с ДЦП (критерий МакНемара, p &lt; 0,001). При помощи региональных шкал обнаружено, что дети с GMFCS I имели БЭН в 5 раз реже, чем дети с GMFCS V — 10 (12,5%) и 107 (66%) случаев соответственно (критерий ꭓ2, p &lt; 0,001). При оценке физического развития детей по специализированным шкалам БЭН имела место у 4 (5%) пациентов с GMFCS I и 18 (11,1%) с GMFCS V (p &lt; 0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Специализированные шкалы оценки физического развития реже указывают на наличие БЭН у детей с ДЦП. При использовании региональных и в значительно меньшей степени специализированных центильных шкал частота обнаружения случаев БЭН зависит от уровня моторных нарушений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Children with infantile cerebral palsy (ICP) often have a physical developmental delay due to protein-energy malnutrition (PEM). The assessment of such abnormalities using different centile scales may lead to inconsistent results.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Our aim was to study the consistency in assessing physical development of children with ICP using regional and specialized centile scales.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The assessment of physical development with determination of the proportion of patients with PEM (weight-age and/or heightage values &lt; 10th percentile) was carried out using regional centile scales and the Life Expectancy Project scales taking into account motor disorder levels (I–V) according to GMFCS. The assessment of motor disorders was performed by neurologists of healthcare organizations in 54 municipalities of the Sverdlovsk Region. The accounting period was from September 2016 to January 2017.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to regional centile scales, PEM was identified in 272 (35.7%) children; according to the Life Expectancy Project scales — in 56 (7.4%) out of 761 children with ICP (McNemar's criterion, p &lt; 0.001). Using regional scales the following results were registered: children with GMFCS I had PEM 5 times less than children with GMFCS V — 10 (12.5%) and 107 (66%) cases, respectively (ꭓ2 criterion, p &lt; 0.001). When assessing physical development of children with specialized scales, PEM occurred in 4 (5%) patients with GMFCS I and 18 (11.1%) with GMFCS V (p &lt; 0.001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Specialized scales for assessing physical development less often indicate the presence of PEM in children with ICP.
