Содержатся сведения об этиопатогенезе дебюта атопического дерматита. Представлены результаты собственных наблюдений с анализом клинической эффективности и безопасности косметических средств на основе высокоочищенного ланолина и экстракта хлопка у детей первого года жизни.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the modern knowledge of the structural and functional peculiarities of the skin in children. Information on the etiopathogenesis of a debut atopic dermatitis has been also given.
