Описано успешное применение моноклональных антител к интерлейкину 1ß — канакинумаба — у пациента с хроническим неврологическим кожным и суставным синдромом. Уже через 1 нед лечения полностью купировались лихорадка, сыпь и болевой синдром, уменьшились контрактуры в суставах. Через 8 нед терапии у ребенка практически полностью восстановились движения в пораженных суставах, мальчик начал самостоятельно стоять, говорить простые слова; снизились и нормализовались лабораторные показатели активности болезни (скорость оседания эритроцитов и С-реактивный белок). Через 12 нед ребенок стал ходить с поддержкой, говорить простые фразы. Приведенный клинический пример демонстрирует высокую эффективность канакинумаба у больного хроническим неврологическим кожным и суставным синдромом и свидетельствует о перспективности терапевтического применения блокатора интерлейкина 1ß у больных на ранних стадиях заболевания, до развития необратимой костно-хрящевой деструкции и тяжелого поражения центральной нервной системы.
