Показана высокая эффективность и безопасность пневмококковых вакцин у детей с сЮИА. Многочисленные исследования демонстрируют адекватный иммунный ответ после вакцинации, в том числе на фоне терапии генно-инженерными биологическими препаратами. Профилактика пневмококковой инфекции у больных сЮИА снижает риск развития осложненных форм пневмококковых заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>International practice of immunization against pneumococcus in patients with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SJIA) receiving biological therapy is generalized in this review. High efficiency and safety of pneumococcal vaccines in children with SJIA is presented. Numerous researches show the adequate immune response after vaccination as well as alongside with genetically engineered biologic drugs therapy.
