Грудное молоко адаптировано к усвоению ребенком, однако его состав как в качественном, так и количественном отношении зависит от времени наступления родов, существенно отличаясь от нормальных показателей при родах маловесным плодом. Для решения проблемы рационального питания маловесных детей важно определение состава грудного молока. Цель исследования: установить концентрацию цинка и селена в молоке женщин, родивших маловесных детей, а также оценить фактическое потребление данных микроэлементов при естественном вскармливании младенцев. Пациенты и методы: на 10–14-е сут после родов у 52 женщин, родивших маловесных детей, и у 20 здоровых было определено содержание цинка и селена в грудном молоке методом масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой (ICP-MS ELAN DRC II фирмы Perkin Elmer, США). Результаты: концентрация цинка и селена в грудном молоке значительно снижена у маловесных детей, что приводит к низкому обеспечению микроэлементами ребенка, находящегося на грудном вскармливании. Полученные данные подтверждают положение о высоком риске развития алиментарно-зависимых состояний у маловесных детей. Выводы: коррекция изменений содержания в грудном молоке микроэлементов возможна при формировании системы мер пре- и постнатальной профилактики их дисбаланса у беременных и кормящих женщин.
