<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>PANS, or Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome, is characterized by the sudden onset of obsessive-compulsive syndrome and accompanied by anxiety, emotional lability and other symptoms. PANDAS, or Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections, is a subtype of PANS. Modern data on PANS/PANDAS etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostics and management is presented in this article. Therapeutic decisions on using anti-inflammatory and immunotropic therapy including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoids, intravenous immunoglobulin, plasmapheresis, rituximab and mycophenolate mofetil are analysed.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>PANDAS</kwd><kwd>PANS</kwd><kwd>CANS</kwd><kwd>PITAND</kwd><kwd>обсессивно-компульсивный синдром</kwd><kwd>тики</kwd><kwd>гиперкинезы</kwd><kwd>стрептококк</kwd><kwd>этиология</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>PANDAS</kwd><kwd>PANS</kwd><kwd>CANS</kwd><kwd>PITAND</kwd><kwd>obsessive-compulsive syndrome</kwd><kwd>tic</kwd><kwd>hyperkinesis</kwd><kwd>streptococcus</kwd><kwd>etiology</kwd><kwd>diagnostics</kwd><kwd>management</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group xml:lang="ru"><funding-statement>Не указан</funding-statement></funding-group><funding-group xml:lang="en"><funding-statement>Not specified</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Swedo SE, Leonard HL, Garvey M, et al.
