Среди различных патологических состояний пищеварительного тракта, заслуживающих особого внимания педиатров, важное место занимают запоры. В российской педиатрии отсутствуют единые критерии оценки нормальной частоты стула у детей. В статье представлены рекомендации по диагностике и лечению запоров у детей Североамериканской ассоциации детских гастроэнтерологов, нутрициологов и гепатологов (NASPGHAN), а также обновленные рекомендации Британского национального института здоровья и качества медицинской помощи.
