Основной акцент сделан на информации, необходимой педиатрам в практической деятельности для оказания эффективной медицинской помощи детям с нарушениями психического развития.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses recent ideas about autism: classification approaches, incidence, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and diagnosis, comorbid medical conditions, early detection approaches and medical care for children with autism spectrum disorders.
