Во всем мире частная система здравоохранения играет большую роль в продвижении программ иммунизации детского населения. Вклад частных медицинских учреждений в России в решение проблем вакцинации детей ранее не изучался.</p><p>Цель исследования — изучить привитость и охват иммунизацией детского населения в соответствии с национальным календарем профилактических прививок (НКПП) в поликлиниках различных форм собственности.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Проведено исследование медицинской документации детей в учреждениях частной (n = 1) и муниципальной (n = 2) форм собственности в г. Москве и Московской области. Привитость (законченный курс вакцинации тех, кто должен быть привит по возрасту) и охват иммунизацией (получение хотя бы одной дозы вакцины теми, кто подлежал вакцинации) оценивали на соответствие схемам НКПП по данным карт профилактических прививок (форма 063/у) и листа профилактических прививок (форма 112/у).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В исследование включено 313 карт детей из частной клиники и 305 — из муниципальных поликлиник. Одинаковыми в учреждениях с разными формами собственности были привитость и охват иммунизацией детей против туберкулеза — у 293 (94%) и 294 (96%) (р = 0,114), а также охват иммунизацией против гепатита В — у 282 (90%) и 269 (88%) (р = 0,448). Против остальных инфекций из перечня НКПП показатели привитости и охвата иммунизацией были выше в частной клинике. Максимальные различия отмечены по показателям привитости (178 (57%) в частном и 19 (6%) в муниципальных учреждениях; p &lt; 0,001) и охвата иммунизацией (238 (76%) и 52 (17%) соответственно; p &lt; 0,001) против пневмококковой инфекции. Охват вакцинацией детей по эпидемическим показаниям также был выше в частной клинике: наибольшие различия по иммунизации против гемофильной и менингококковой инфекций.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Дети, наблюдающиеся в поликлинике частной формы собственности, имеют более высокие показатели привитости и охвата иммунизацией против большинства инфекций, включенных в НКПП.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Worldwide private health care system plays significant role in promoting immunization programs for the children population. The role of private medical facilities in Russia in combating children vaccination issues has not been previously studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The aim of the study is to study immunization and immunization coverage in children population according to the national immunization schedule (NIS) in outpatient clinics of different forms of property.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. The study of medical documentation of children in private (n = 1) and public (n = 2) facilities in Moscow and Moscow region was performed. Immunization (complete vaccination course in those who should be vaccinated by age) and immunization coverage (at least one dose of vaccine by those who have to be vaccinated) were estimated against the NIS schemes according to the data from preventive vaccination cards (form 063/y) and from preventive vaccination lists (form 112/y).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study includes 313 cards of children from private outpatient clinic and 305 — from public outpatient clinic. Immunization and immunization coverage of children against tuberculosis were similar in these facilities: 293 (94%) and 294 (96%) (p = 0.114), respectively, as well as immunization coverage against hepatitis B — in 282 (90%) and 269 (88%) (p = 0.448). Rates of immunization and immunization coverage against the remaining NIS infections were higher in the private clinic. Maximum differences were noted in immunization (178 (57%) in private and 19 (6%) in public facilities; p &lt; 0.001) and immunization coverage (238 (76%) and 52 (17%), respectively; p &lt; 0.001) against pneumococcal disease. Immunization coverage of children for epidemic indications was also higher in private clinic: the largest differences were in immunization against hemophilic and meningococcal infections.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
