В большом количестве исследований у пациентов с АтД обнаружена низкая концентрация 25(ОН)D в крови, которая, по некоторым данным, ассоциирована с высокой концентрацией аллерген-специфических IgE. Представлен анализ распространенности низкой концентрации 25(ОН)D, ассоциации недостаточности витамина D с тяжестью АтД и сенсибилизацией к аллергенам, а также связи нарушений приема витамина D с риском развития АтД.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Various conclusive evidence on the role of vitamin D in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD) has been obtained in recent decades. Many studies have shown that patients with AD have low concentration of 25(OH)D in blood associated with high concentration of allergen specific IgE (according to several reports).
