<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Localized scleroderma (LS) is an inflammatory sclerosing disease of the skin and subcutaneous tissues associated with its atrophy. Commonly, LS is a benign self-limited disease, although, the chronic form of this disease is recurrent. Particular attention is paid to the research of treatments methods that could eliminate not only immune-mediated mechanisms, but also its outcomes (such as gross cosmetic defects on the face), which negatively affect child’s physical and psycho-emotional development. Recently, fat transplantation efficacy has been studied as it can restore the volume and improve skin quality. This article presents the results of such surgery in a patient (15 years old) with linear form of LS.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>локализованная склеродермия</kwd><kwd>липофилинг</kwd><kwd>синдром Парри – Ромберга</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>удар саблей</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>localized scleroderma</kwd><kwd>lipofilling</kwd><kwd>Parry – Romberg syndrome</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>en coup de sabre</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group xml:lang="ru"><funding-statement>Отсутствует</funding-statement></funding-group><funding-group xml:lang="en"><funding-statement>Not specified</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Li SC, Feldman BM, Higgins GC, et al.
