В данной обзорной статье представлен современный взгляд на патофизиологию АтД, его взаимосвязь с другими сопутствующими заболеваниями, а также обсуждены практические аспекты применения наружной противовоспалительной терапии. Проведенный анализ клинических исследований демонстрирует важную роль ингибиторов кальциневрина в эффективном лечении АтД у детей, начиная с первых его проявлений в раннем возрасте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a widespread chronic inflammatory skin disease that has a significant impact on various aspects of patient's life. This review presents modern view on AD pathophysiology, its correlation with other concomitant diseases, and covers practical aspects of external anti-inflammatory therapy implementation.
