Несбалансированное питание детей не всегда отражаются на их здоровье, чаще проявления возникают при стрессовых нагрузках, а иногда и в более старшем возрасте. Изменение характера питания детей с включением в их рацион продуктов, содержащих необходимые растущему организму микро- и макроэлементы, белки, жиры, углеводы, может помочь нивелировать негативное влияние многих неблагоприятных факторов и улучшить показатели здоровья детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Various factors influence the characteristics of children’s health, among them the nutrition type and gustatory habits. Imbalanced nutrition in children not always affect their health, more often clinical manifestations develop during stress or later in life.
