В настоящее время, несмотря на трудности в диагностике, был разработан общий подход к терапии этого состояния, что позволяет избежать многих долгосрочных осложнений и повысить качество жизни пациентов. Быстрое развитие фармакотерапии, в том числе появление новых иммуносупрессивных и генно-инженерных биологических препаратов, расширяет терапевтический арсенал и повышает шансы на достижение стойкой ремиссии, хотя остается еще немало вопросов относительно безопасности многих генно-инженерных биологических препаратов, оптимального времени отмены терапии и долгосрочного катамнеза у пациентов с ЮИА. В представленном обзоре обобщены и проанализированы современные данные, касающиеся подходов к лечению, эффективности и безопасности терапии, а также перспектив ведения пациентов с увеитом при ЮИА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) associated uveitis is the most common extra-articular manifestation of JIA. Nowadays, unified approach for the management of this condition has been developed despite all the difficulties in diagnosis. It allows to avoid many long-term complications and improves patients’ quality of life. Rapid development of pharmacotherapy (including appearance of new immunosuppressive and genetically engineered biologic drugs) expands the therapeutic methods and increases the chances in achieving sustained remission. However, still there are many questions regarding genetically engineered biologic drugs safety, optimal time to treatment cessation, and long-term follow-up in patients with JIA.
