В статье представлены сведения о влиянии длительного воздействия низких температур (–20 °С) на иммунологические факторы грудного молока. В результате исследования были получены новые данные по стабильности уровня секреторного иммуноглобулина А в грудном молоке под воздействием низких температур. Изучено влияние низких температур на содержание цитокинов (фактора некроза опухолей α, интерлейкинов 8, 10, 18) в грудном молоке при хранении в холодильнике в течение 3 и 6 мес. Впервые определено содержание интерлейкинов 8 и 18 в грудном молоке. Значим факт снижения содержания фактора некроза опухолей α при длительном хранении. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о сохранении защитных факторов грудного молока при низких температурах в домашних условиях, что позволяет рекомендовать развивать технологии хранения грудного молока в домашних условиях и открывает перспективы для развития банков грудного молока.
