В амбулаторной практике врачей-неонатологов и педиатров часто встречаются дети с этим заболеванием. Родители таких детей часто задают вопросы по поводу лечения врожденной косолапости непрофильному специалисту. В статье представлены подробное описание клинического осмотра ребенка с врожденной косолапостью, нюансы процесса лечения при помощи метода Понсети, проблем, с которыми сталкиваются пациенты и их родители в процессе лечения, а также ответы на вопросы, часто задаваемые на амбулаторном приеме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Congenital clubfoot is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders in children. Timely diagnosis and early management via Ponseti method allow to achieve good and excellent results in 98% of all cases. Neonatologists and pediatricians frequently encounter children with this condition in their outpatient practices. Parents of these children often ask questions about congenital clubfoot management to nonspecialized doctor.
