В статье представлены результаты оценки эффективности и безопасности человеческих моноклональных антител — голимумаба — по данным международных многоцентровых рандомизированных двойных слепых плацебо-контролируемых исследований, включавших пациентов с активным ревматоидным артритом. Показано, что голимумаб оказался достоверно эффективнее плацебо как при подкожном, так и при внутривенном его введении. Профиль безопасности голимумаба сопоставим с таковым для других блокаторов фактора некроза опухоли альфа. В обзоре также представлена информация об исследовании эффективности и безопасности голимумаба у пациентов с ювенильным идиопатическим артритом 3-й фазы.
