Известно, что около 50% болей имеют психогенную природу, поэтому такие пациенты нуждаются в оказании специализированной психологической или психотерапевтической помощи. Целью настоящей работы было изучить связь рецидивирующих болей в животе у детей с эмоциональными нарушениями и социальной среды в возникновении заболевания. Обследованы дети с рецидивирующими болями в животе (100 человек) и без них (100 человек). В исследовании использовали клинический метод психиатрического интервьюирования, модифицированную методику «Типовое семейное состояние» Э.Г. Эйдемиллера и В.В. Юстицкиса, опросник родительского отношения А.Я. Варги и В.В. Столина. Показано, что у 88% детей с рецидивирующими болями в животе имеются жалобы на психическое здоровье: утомляемость (61%), головные боли (62%), нарушения сна (33%), тревогу (46%), расстройства настроения (19%). Среди психогений наиболее значимыми являются стрессовые факторы, связанные со школой. Рецидивирующие боли в животе также могут быть следствием родительской депривации.
