В настоящее время графиков для оценки физического развития детей с синдромом Дауна в России нет. Обследовано 514 детей с с цитогенетически верифицированным синдромом Дауна, находящихся на воспитании в семье. В возрасте от 0 до 1 года проводилось динамическое измерение длины, массы тела и окружности головы детей по стандартным методикам. Всего проведено 4538 измерений, по результатам которых построены и приведены перцентильные графики длины, массы тела и окружности головы.
