Синдром раздраженной кишки является серьезной и недооцениваемой проблемой детского возраста. Эта тема не столь хорошо изучена в педиатрии по сравнению со взрослой практикой, а педиатры нередко ставят этот диагноз детям раннего возраста без должных на то оснований. В лекции анализируются современные мнения относительно этиопатогенеза, клинической картины, диагностики и лечения синдрома раздраженной кишки у детей. Акцент сделан на совокупности диагностических критериев, позволяющих предположить, а затем и подтвердить диагноз.
