Распространенность пищевой аллергии у детей первого года жизни повсеместно возрастает. Эта форма патологии затрагивает различные органы и системы, а проявления ее не патогномоничны. Среди наиболее значимых аллергенов особо выделяют белки коровьего молока. Для неинвазивной диетодиагностики и лечения рекомендуют применение гипоаллергенных смесей. Условию гипоаллергенности удовлетворяют аминокислотные смеси.
