В ревматологическом отделении Научного центра здоровья детей РАМН с ноября 2002 г. по сентябрь 2010 г. терапия биологическими препаратами проведена 433 детям с различными формами ювенильного артрита (ЮА): 270 из них лечились инфликсимабом, 74 — адалимумабом, 55 — ритуксимабом, 34 — тоцилизумабом. Результаты исследований показали, что дифференцированная биологическая терапия в отличие от классических иммунодепрессантов (метотрексат, циклоспорин, лефлуномид и др.) через год от начала лечения позволяет добиться клинико-лабораторной ремиссии у 70% пациентов с ЮА, снизить активность болезни — у 20% детей. Лечение генно-инженерными биологическими препаратами повышает качество жизни детей с ЮА и их семей, обеспечивает нормальный рост и развитие маленьких пациентов, меняет прогноз этого ранее практически некурабельного хронического аутоиммунного заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents data on unique worldwide experience of biologic agents use in pediatric rheumatology. 433 children with different types of juvenile arthritis (JA) were treated with biologic drugs in Rheumatological Department of Scientific Center of Children’s Health, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences from November 2002 to September 2010: 270 patients received infliximab, 74 — adalimumab, 55 — rituximab, 34 — tocilizumab. Results of a study showed that differentiated biological therapy unlike classic immunosuppressive agents (methotrexate, cyclosporine, leflunomide, etc.) results in clinical and laboratory remission in 70% patients with JA and decrease of disease’s activity in 20% of children in one year.
