Использование внутривенного иммуноглобулина основано на строгих показаниях, разработанных в результате длительных многоцентровых контролируемых исследований. В статье освещены вопросы применения иммуноглобулина в детской ревматологической практике, представлен обзор литературы с результатами оценки эффективности применения внутривенного иммуноглобулина, подтверждающий эффективность препарата лишь при некоторых ревматических заболеваниях.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern successful treatment of rheumatic diseases is impossible without the use of intravenous immunoglobulin. The use of intravenous immunoglobulin is based on strict indications developed as a result of long-term multicenter controlled studies.
