Рецидивирующая лихорадка, сыпь, лабораторные воспалительные изменения и поражения различных органов являются типичными проявлениями CAPS. Ингибиторы интерлейкина 1, в частности, препарат канакинумаб, являются современными патогенетическими средствам терапии больных с CAPS. В статье представлены результаты лечения 5 педиатрических пациентов с CAPS.
