В обзоре приводятся данные об основных группах муколитических препаратов. Особое внимание уделено производным ацетилцистеина. Обоснована целесообразность применения данной группы препаратов в комплексной терапии как острых, так и хронических бронхолегочных заболеваний у детей. </p><p>Ключевые слова: ацетилцистеин, мукоцилиарный клиренс, острая респираторная вирусная инфекция, бронхообструктивный синдром, бронхолегочная дисплазия, функция внешнего дыхания.(Вопросы современной педиатрии. — 2011; 10 (6): 62–66)</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Mucolytics are widely used in pediatric respiratory pathology treatment. This review contains information about main groups of mucolytics. Special attention is given to acetylcystein.
