Установлено, что у большинства из них имеют место клинические и гематологические нарушения различной степени выраженности. Применение интерферона ?-2b способствует сокращению продолжительности острого периода инфекционного мононуклеоза, однако не всегда предупреждает возникновение ближайших и отдаленных проявлений.</p><p>Ключевые слова: дети, инфекционный мононуклеоз, интерферон ?-2b. (Вопросы современной педиатрии. – 2006;5(5):90-93)</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The work deals with the findings of the 5byear observation after children, who have undergone glandular fever. The researchers have found out that among the majority of them there are clinical and hematological abnormalities of various degree of manifestation. The application of _b2b interferon contributes to the reduction of the acute period of glandular fever, although it doesn't always warn about the appearance of closest and distant manifestations.</p><p> Key words: children, glandular fever, 2B interferon.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
