Оценены перспективы внедрения массовой вакцинопрофилактики пневмококковых инфекций у детей, начиная с возраста 2 мес, и прогноз ее возможной эффективности в зависимости от спектра серотипов, включенных в конъюгированные вакцины.</p><p>Ключевые слова: дети, пневмококковая инфекция, вакцинация, профилактика.(Вопросы современной педиатрии. 2010;9(1):62-69)</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review analyzes the data on prevalence and microbe picture of pneumococcal infections in the world and in Russia, based on the results of the proper studies and the literature data.
