Ингаляционные кортикостероиды являются препаратами первой линии в терапии бронхиальной астмы у детей всех возрастов. В статье освещен вопрос применения будесонида (Пульмикорт) у дошкольников. Приведены данные различных исследований, подтверждающих эффективность и безопасность использования как турбухалера, так и небулированной формы препарата. </p><p>Ключевые слова: дети, бронхиальная астма, ингаляционные кортикостероиды, будесонид.(Вопросы современной педиатрии. 2010;9(1):76-80)</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bronchial asthma remains disease with wide prevalence in children different age. Inhalation corticosteroids are medications of first line of therapy in children. The article describes the ways of treatment with budesonide (Pulmicort) in children preschool age.
