Несмотря на широкое применение КАМ, точные механизмы ее действия не известны. В России из КАМ наиболее часто врачи используют климатотерапию, а также гомеопатию, тогда как основным видом терапии АтД остаются наружные дерматологические средства. </p><p>Ключевые слова: дети, атопический дерматит, комплементарная и альтернативная медицина, лечение(Вопросы современной педиатрии. – 2010;9(3):70-72)</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the description of main types of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) which are used in treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children and adults. Despite widespread use of CAM, its proper mechanisms are unknown.
