САХАРНЫЙ ДИАБЕТ 2-ГО ТИПА У ДЕТЕЙ И ПОДРОСТКОВ: МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ

Аннотация

В настоящее время во всем мире отмечается стремительный рост заболеваемости сахарным диабетом (СД) 2-го типа среди детей и подростков. К особенностям СД 2-го типа в данной возрастной группе относятся отсутствие четких критериев диагноза, сложность дифференциальной диагностики с СД 1-го типа, раннее развитие осложнений. Международным обществом по диабету у детей и подростков предложено Руководство по СД 2-го типа, в котором рассмотрены основные вопросы диагностики, терапии и профилактики этого заболевания. Препаратом выбора для лечения СД 2-го типа у детей старше 10 лет является метформин.
