INFORMED VOLUNTARY CONSENT IN PAEDIATRICIAN PRACTICE ORIGINAL ARTICLE

Abstract

Informed voluntary consent precedes any medical involvement. It is a result of patient’s sensible decision after receiving the full information about forthcoming procedure. The aspects of medical law are discussed in this article along with the algorithm of actions during the official registration of informed voluntary consent in paediatrician practice.
