РЕТРОСПЕКТИВНАЯ ОЦЕНКА МЕЖДУНАРОДНОЙ ПРАКТИКИ ПОДХОДОВ К «ТУАЛЕТНОМУ ОБУЧЕНИЮ» ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

В статье анализируется международный опыт практики «туалетного обучения» детей раннего возраста. Отмечено, что наиболее широко распространенным способом обучения детей санитарно-гигиеническим навыкам является метод Бразелтона или так называемый «подход, ориентированный на ребенка». Метод направлен, в первую очередь, на наличие (или отсутствие) у конкретного ребенка признаков готовности к началу соответствующего обучения: умение хорошо сидеть, самостоятельно ходить и садиться на горшок; наличие понимания, для чего предназначен горшок и(или) унитаз; наличие фразовой речи (не менее, чем из 2 слов) или признаки скорого ее появления; способность жестами или словами сигнализировать о потребности в осуществлении физиологического акта; умение или попытка самостоятельно снимать трусы-подгузник (или трусики), а также колготки при попытке воспользоваться горшком. Именно такой подход может считаться физиологическим и максимально эффективным. В соответствии с существующими рекомендациями (в том числе и экспертов Союза педиаторов России) приучение к туалету следует начинать с 18-месячного возраста.
