ДИФФЕРЕНЦИРОВАННЫЙ («СЕЗОННЫЙ») ПОДХОД ПРИ ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ ВИТАМИНА D3 У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Витамин D является ключевым участником метаболизма костной ткани как у детей, так и взрослых. Считается, что необходимое для организма количество витамина D синтезируется клетками кожи под действием ультрафиолетовых лучей. Как результат, обеспеченность эндогенным витамином D в течение года существенно меняется, достигая максимума в летние месяцы и уменьшаясь зимой. Прямым следствием таких изменений может явиться недостаточный прирост минерализации костной ткани у детей. В этой связи коррекция «сезонной» недостаточности витамина D представляется вполне обоснованной. Однако, ряд вопросов, по-прежнему, остается не решенным. Не ясно, когда следует начинать «сезонную» профилактику и как долго она должна продолжаться, следует ли с этой целью применять обогащенные продукты и какой критерий использовать для контроля эффективности проводимых мероприятий. В России работы в этих направлениях практически не ведутся. Лишь данные отдельных исследований позволяют предположить, что недостаточность витамина D имеется у более половины российских детей.
