ВАКЦИНОПРОФИЛАКТИКА ПНЕВМОКОККОВОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ КАК ОДНОЙ ИЗ ПРИЧИН ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ И ЛЕТАЛЬНОСТИ ПРИ ГРИППЕ

Аннотация

Дана характеристика патогенетических и клинических взаимосвязей гриппозной и пневмококковой инфекций. Приведены результаты анализа данных международных исследований, подтверждающих ведущую роль пневмококковой инфекции как основной причины смертности во время пандемии гриппа 1918 г. Показана роль вакцинации против пневмококковой инфекции с использованием пневмококковой конъюгированной 7-валетной вакцины у детей первых 5 лет жизни и полисахаридной 23-валетной вакцины у взрослых высокого риска для профилактики осложнений гриппа, в том числе и нового высокопатогенного гриппа А/Н1N1 Калифорния.
