ЗНАЧЕНИЕ НУКЛЕОТИДОВ В ПИТАНИИ ДЕТЕЙ РАННЕГО ВОЗРАСТА

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются вопросы применения для детского питания нуклеотидов – метаболитов, играющих ключевую роль во многих биологических процессах. Представлены данные о содержание нуклеотидов в женском молоке по стадиям лактации. Проанализирован зарубежный опыт кормления новорожденных молочными смесями с нуклеотидами. Проведено сравнение содержания нуклеотидов в адаптированных смесях, представленных на отечественном рынке данных продуктов.
