Роль диффузионной тензорной магнитно-резонансной томографии и трактографии в диагностике структурных повреждений головного мозга у детей с церебральными параличами

Аннотация

В течение последних десятилетий благодаря активному внедрению в клиническую практику и научные исследования методов нейровизуализации стала возможной прижизненная оценка структурно-функционального состояния нервной системы у детей всех возрастов, начиная с внутриутробного периода развития. Данные, полученные при нейровизуализационных исследованиях, существенно дополнили традиционные представления, основанные на применении классических морфологических методов. С помощью диффузионной тензорной магнитно-резонансной томографии и трактографии стали возможными проведение комплексных структурно-функциональных исследований, изучение основных этапов созревания головного мозга в динамике, а также сопоставление морфологических данных с особенностями психоречевого и двигательного развития ребенка и клинико-нейровизуализационные сравнения. В статье описаны современные возможности диагностики микроструктурных повреждений головного мозга с помощью диффузионной тензорной трактографии у детей с постгипоксическими состояниями и церебральными параличами. Показано, что выявленные изменения коррелируют с клинической картиной заболевания.
