Аннотация
Кожа человека является сложным по своему строению органом, который выполняет множество важных функций в организме. Эти функции могут нарушаться при различных заболеваниях кожи. Анатомо-физиологические особенности кожи детей предрасполагают к возникновению типичных кожных поражений. Пеленочный дерматит — одно из наиболее распространенных заболеваний кожи в младенчестве и детстве. Кожа под подгузником подвергается повышенному трению и гидратации, имеет более высокий рН и неоднократно загрязняется фекалиями, которые содержат ферменты, раздражающие ее. Пеленочный дерматит может клинически различаться по степени тяжести и течению. В лечении пеленочного дерматита наиболее важными являются частая смена подгузников и адекватный уход за кожей. Соответствующий уход может помочь предотвратить возникновение пеленочного дерматита и ускорить заживление пораженных участков. Он включает в себя частые смены подгузника и аэрацию, аккуратное очищение кожи и использование защитных кремов. Для лечения пеленочного дерматита выбирают средства в зависимости от степени тяжести и наличия осложнений. Для профилактики и лечения легких, неосложненных форм пеленочного дерматита эффективно используют средства, содержащие декспантенол.
