СОЯ И ЕЕ РОЛЬ В ПИТАНИИ ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

В статье представлены данные о пищевой ценности сои как сырья, используемого в продуктах детского питания, об особенностях состава детских смесей на основе изолята соевого белка, предназначенных для детей первого года жизни, а также показания для применения указанных смесей.
