Кисломолочные бактерии в продуктах питания: теоретические основы и практическое значение (на примере Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG)

Аннотация

Нормальная микрофлора кишечника играет важнейшую роль в обеспечении здоровья человека. Существенное влияние на состав и функциональное состояние микрофлоры кишечника оказывают кисломолочные продукты. Многочисленными исследованиями были доказаны высокая пробиотическая активность Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103, LGG), а также безопасность ее применения у взрослых и детей. Прием LGG оказывает положительный эффект при функциональных нарушениях моторики кишечника, аллергических и воспалительных заболеваниях. Эти эффекты могут реализовываться через TLR2 рецепторы, запускающие NFkB-опосредованный сигнальный путь и регулирующие синтез цитокинов. Кроме того, LGG блокируют взаимодействие тучных клеток с IgE, а также способствуют экспрессии H4 рецепторов гистамина. LGG (ATCC 53103) входят в состав питьевых йогуртов («Тёма» для детей с 8 мес), кефира, тана, творожков и других продуктов «Био Баланс».
