НУКЛЕОТИДЫ В ПИТАНИИ ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Нуклеотиды участвуют во многих важнейших биологических процессах, обеспечивая пребиотическое бифидогенное, иммуномодулирующее, трофическое воздействие на слизистую оболочку желудочно-кишечного тракта, а также существенно влияя на жировой и углеводный обмен. В обзоре литературы обсуждаются вопросы влияния нуклеотидов и изменений их количественного состава в грудном и коровьем молоке на рост и развитие детей.
Ключевые слова: дети, нуклеотиды, питание, кишечная микрофлора, иммунная система, грудное молоко.
