АТОПИЧЕСКИЙ ДЕРМАТИТ У ДЕТЕЙ: ЗОНА КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО КОНТРОЛЯ

Аннотация

Актуальность проблемы атопического дерматита (АтД) у детей определяется не только значительной распространенностью заболевания и низким качеством жизни при данной патологии, но, прежде всего, такими особенностями болезни, как неуклонный рост тяжелых инвалидизирующих форм, торпидность к традиционной терапии, непрерывно рецидивирующее течение. Несмотря на это, до сих пор в регламентирующих документах не введено понятие «контроль заболевания», а значит, не определена цель терапии АтД. Отсутствие критериев «контроля заболевания» сопряжено с неверным соотношением понятий «степень тяжести» и «обострение» заболевания. В этой связи основной тактикой врача при лечении АтД в настоящее время является лишь терапия обострений. Однако, в настоящее время известны фармакотерапевтические режимы, позволяющие при длительном профилактическом использовании значительно расширить зону клинического контроля АтД у детей.
