ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ АНТИ-ФНО-ТЕРАПИИ В РЕВМАТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен применению анти-ФНО-препаратов для лечения ревматических болезней у взрослых и детей. Приведены данные отдельных открытых, а также многоцентровых двойных слепых плацебо-контролируемых исследований эффективности инфликсимаба, этанерцепта и адалимумаба. Результаты исследований свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности и безопасности анти-ФНО-терапии во взрослой и детской ревматологической практике.
Ключевые слова: инфликсимаб, этанерцепт, адалимумаб, дети, лечение, ревматоидный артрит.
