ДИСБИОЗ КИШЕЧНИКА У ДЕТЕЙ С ПИЩЕВОЙ АЛЛЕРГИЕЙ: ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ И СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ КОРРЕКЦИИ

Аннотация

В обзоре литературы анализируются роль микрофлоры кишечника на этапе становления иммунитета, значение нарушений в составе кишечной микрофлоры в развитии аллергических заболеваний, прежде всего - пищевой аллергии, а также механизмы влияния дисбиоза на тяжесть аллергического процесса у детей. Обсуждаются механизмы лечебного и профилактического действия пробиотиков при аллергических заболеваниях у детей. Изложены современные подходы к коррекции дисбиотических отклонений у детей с пищевой аллергией. Рассматриваются возможности диетологического и медикаментозного лечения пищевой аллергии, предложен новый алгоритм поэтапной терапии, направленной на коррекцию дисбиоза у данной категории больных.
