ПОВЫШЕНИЕ КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ КАК ОСНОВНАЯ ЦЕЛЬ ТЕРАПИИ АЛЛЕРГИЧЕСКОГО РИНИТА У ДЕТЕЙ

Аннотация

Традиционно эффективность лечения аллергического ринита (АР) у детей оценивается на основании субъективных и объективных критериев, связанных с выраженностью симптомов заболевания. Вместе с тем, есть все основания говорить о том, что оценка качества жизни (КЖ) ребёнка более полно отражает состояние его здоровья, нежели учет только симптомов АР. Как результат, изменение КЖ в ходе лечения АР может точнее отражать эффективность терапии заболевания. Использование с этой целью некоторых антигистаминных препаратов и интраназальных кортикостероидов позволяет не только минимизировать выраженность симптоматики АР, но и благоприятно влиять на такие составляющие КЖ ребенка как активность, обучаемость, социальная адаптация. Более того, их регулярное применение способствует снижению риска развития у детей бронхиальной астмы и атопического дерматита, что является еще одной целью терапии АР.
