О развитии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний при нарушениях сна у детей

Аннотация
Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) — одна из главных причин высокой смертности во всех странах мира. В последние годы значимость сосудистых поражений сердца и головного мозга в структуре причин смерти подростков возросла. Основным фактором риска фатальных исходов и тяжелых жизнеугрожающих осложнений ССЗ является избыточный вес и, в частности, ожирение. За последние 20 лет распространенность этого фактора риска среди детей в возрасте 6–11 лет увеличилась вдвое, среди подростков 12–19 лет — в 3 раза. Ожидается, что актуальность проблемы в будущем только увеличится. На протяжении последних 40 лет активно изучали связь ожирения с нарушением дыхания во время сна. При этом синдром обструктивного апноэ/гипопноэ сна рассматривают как одну из основных причин развития сердечно-сосудистых катастроф у взрослых. В настоящем обзоре представлены результаты анализа проблемы развития ССЗ при нарушениях сна с оценкой педиатрического аспекта этой проблемы.
