ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОГО ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ МАКРОЛИДНЫХ АНТИБИОТИКОВ ПРИ БРОНХОЭКТАЗАХ У ДЕТЕЙ: ВОПРОСЫ И ОТВЕТЫ

Аннотация

Обсуждаются вопросы длительного применения макролидных антибиотиков при бронхоэктатическом поражении легочной системы у детей. Приведены актуальные сведения о результатах длительного приема макролидов взрослыми пациентами и детьми, подборе эффективной дозы, возможном токсическом влиянии терапии, в том числе развитии кардиотоксического эффекта и способах его предотвращения. Отмечено, что ограниченное количество клинических исследований с участием детей определяют необходимость изучения возможности экстраполяции тактики терапии взрослых.
